How to verify a Chinese vehicle export supplier
Company registration, bank account matching, export licence and document history — a short checklist before the first deposit.

Ask for the business registration certificate and check that the legal name matches the beneficiary name on the bank account. A mismatch is the single most common warning sign.
Confirm the company holds an export licence and can issue a proforma invoice, commercial invoice and bill of lading in its own name.
Request one previous shipment reference — bill of lading number and destination port — and verify it with the shipping line where possible.
Pay through a bank transfer to the company account. Avoid payments to personal accounts or third-party collection agents.
